Frequently Asked Questions
Our approach, our territory, and how a travel project comes together.
Who is Manora Concierge?
+
Manora Concierge is a travel concierge specialising in the authentic South of Thailand. We design bespoke journeys and support international travellers across the provinces of Songkhla, Phatthalung, Trang and Satun.
Is Manora Concierge a conventional travel agency?
+
No. We are not a mass-tourism agency, a booking platform, or a discount travel site. We are a local expertise brand and journey designer, working through personalised consultation.
Which regions do you work in?
+
Exclusively Southern Thailand: Songkhla, Phatthalung, Trang and Satun, between the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea.
What kind of journeys do you design?
+
Meaningful journeys: cultural immersion, nature and biodiversity, southern gastronomy, slow travel and wellness. Every stay is built from an in-depth conversation with the traveller.
How does the process begin?
+
You describe what you're looking for, your dates and your preferred pace via the Create Your Journey page. We get back to you for a scoping conversation, then propose a personalised outline for your stay.
Do you publish pricing or detailed itineraries online?
+
No. As every journey is designed individually, detailed proposals are prepared on a personal basis, after conversation, and are not published on the website.
Do you speak English?
+
Yes. Support is provided in English, with local language mediation on the ground, as English is rarely spoken outside the South's larger towns.
Do you offer long-term stays?
+
Yes. We support immersive stays of one to three months, particularly for travellers wishing to get to know the region in depth before considering a longer-term move.
What is the best time to visit Southern Thailand?
+
November to April on the Andaman side (Trang, Satun) and February to May on the Gulf of Thailand side (Songkhla, Phatthalung). A journey designed around you can be adapted to the season.
Are you available during the trip itself?
+
Yes. A single point of contact remains available before and during your stay for coordination, translation and anything unexpected.
